Among the highlights were our Wagyu sliders, whose rich, flavorful beef continues to make them one of our most requested menu items for weddings and private events. For seafood lovers, our ahi tuna served on crispy rice offered a refined bite that combined fresh tuna with perfectly crisp rice for a delicious contrast of textures. This elegant appetizer always adds a sophisticated touch to wedding celebrations.
Fresh caprese skewers, featuring ripe tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, brought vibrant color and refreshing flavor to the display, while our flaky feta puff pastries delivered warm, buttery layers filled with savory goodness.

Fresh green tortilla roll-up sandwiches and mini smoked ham baguette sandwiches gave guests convenient grab-and-go choices while moving between conversations, family photos, and wedding preparations.
Adding another refreshing option was our pasta salad, while individual eech cups paid tribute to a beloved traditional favorite, giving guests an opportunity to enjoy familiar flavors presented in an elegant, easy-to-serve format.

Our colorful berry tarts combined fresh berries with buttery pastry shells to provide a refreshing dessert that was as beautiful as it was delicious.
Completing the dessert display were individual raspberry red jello with Russian cream cups. The vibrant raspberry layer paired perfectly with the smooth, creamy Russian cream beneath it, creating a dessert that was both elegant and refreshing.
