This setup featuring our chrome globe chafing dishes, was for a wedding at the Carondelet House in Los Angeles, CA.
The hot food buffet included grilled lamb chops and saffron chicken, honey-glazed salmon, roasted rosemary potatoes, herb rice, grilled veggies, caesar salad, and beet & walnut salad. Trey-passed hors d’oeuvres included caprese skewers, feta puff pastries, fig & goat cheese toast, and roasted eggplant & olive tapenade on toast.
