A hot buffet and dessert station for a Quinceanera in Northridge, CA – hosted at The Valley Villa.
The hot buffet station featured grilled saffron chicken, filet mignon, shrimp, and mixed veggies, honey-glazed and charbroiled salmon, rice, humus, yogurt & cucumbers, caesar salad, and feta puff pastries.
The dessert station featured our white box setup, and included mini cannolis, napoleans, macaroons, mixed mousse, cream puffs, eclairs, and mocktails.
