This silver setup was for a corporate party, for Foundation Law Group, hosted at MASH Gallery in West Hollywood, CA.
The catering table included caprese skewers, veggie egg rolls, greek salad, truffle citrus salad, tortellini salad, crispy toasted brown rice salad, berry tarts, eclairs, and cannolis.
Premium hot appetizers – which were tray passed – included wagyu cheeseburger sliders, chicken pesto cups, BBQ rib sandwiches, beef carpaccio, ahi tuna on wonton crisps, hamachi crudo, steak tacos, and chicken tacos.
